So just for the hell of it I decided to sign up for live journal. And guess what, it was a lot easier than this or myspace. The visual verification can be played in audio to set it up independently. The interface is simple. Oh, and you don't have to get an account to make a comment. So xanga will no longer be my primary blog. To catch up with me visit:

So my computer likes to eat things, namely sound cards and keys to freedom. Yup, that's right, it fried another'n. So I gotta get it replaced yet again! Blah! Fuck! Its so annoying. However, I did have a software license for fb, which I've downloaded onto the hd. I think I might like it on the hd as I won't have to switch screen readers when I need to use a jump drive or whatever. Shame I had to find out about it this way.
KB piano people sent me a file that was supposed to fix that bug but it didn't work. Waiting on a reply. It'd be cool if I could make version 2 work as I have read that one of its new features is an additional hundred instruments.
I found some new games: Duck Blaster, 3d snake, and showdown, which reminds me of a combination of ping pong and air hockey. I am much better at true air hockey than this showdown. I just need to master it. Duck blaster is just like the duck hunt on nintendo 'cept you don't have to press your eyes to the tv screen to center the gun LOL 3d snake has to catch fruit without hitting a wall. Its a regular nintendo flashback! Now, if someone could make an accessible version of Super Mario Brothers... or Jeopardy. Yeah, then it would be perfect.
One of the other participants in our upcoming savanah club show made me a cd of somewhere over the rainbow which has really neat music. I requested a key change and for the ending to be slowed down and the revised copy should be waiting for me at home. So I'm looking forward to trying it out.
I have had fewer consumers this week than in recent weeks. It has given me time to do some research and stuff. It was through that research that I discovered the games and a few product catalogs, and as an aside, a few radio stations. So I've figured out how to get those to play in the fb media player and to adjust the volume of the music separate from that of the speech.
I am now going to predict that Elliott and Chris will be the top 2 finalists on idol and that Chris will bag the whole thing!
That's all.

Last weekend was ok. It was great to see Mom and John.
I haven't been able to play with the Sara Evans karaoke much yet because my voice is a little out of whack. I had to get a new cordless phone because my other one kicked the bucket (hey, I got my dollar out of it). It is rare to find a phone without an answering machine attached to it anymore. I hated to give up my answering machine I liked so much. This one has its own machine and an extra handset that plugs into a regular outlet. Thats pretty cool. I love setting up new machines; Merry climbed all over the table to see what was talking now. So she's in the outgoing message (which I put together with my computer, the AT&T Natural voice, a patch cable, and my Sony digital voice recorder). I think I'll like this new phone.
John bought me a pair of noise reduction headphones which are really cool. I've been using them for the karaoke machine. It makes it easier to focus on the music and somewhat drown out Merry's cries for attention.
I installed kbpiano 2; I was told it was ok to have both versions and the key worked with both. However, I get a runtime automation error when I try to open it. I'm sure its a simple fix. Just gotta hear from tech support as to what that hopefully minor fix is. I'm looking forward to finding out new features. Even if I can't get it fixed, version 1 works fine and I can just use it.
I submitted my song to the Blind Cool Tech talent show. Someone has offered to write music for me, yay! He's already sent me a click track for me to record vocals for him to get started. I can't keep waiting for other people to do it; I've been waiting for 5 years! And besides, I need some music soon because I want to make Chad a professional sounding cd if he insists on promoting me. Don't get me wrong; I love it; I just don't think I'm worthy of that type of promotion.
Please keep my sister in prayer.

Today has been so crazy. I am so frustrated and I keep wanting to cry. Don't really know why. It could be a hormone thing, or a lack of sleep, or frustration about my pain in the ass computer or all 3. I guess I shouldn't write stuff like this, but I don't give a shit anymore cause no one reads this anyway.
I had to have my key to freedom replaced. The other one stopped working; it got corrupted or something. The replacement came in a quick fashion. Calling and having it activated was no big deal. I'm so glad to have it back. I wrote all but 2 of my reports today. We all know what an incredible pain in the ass jaws is with word. Well today I was using fb to write reports and I was selecting and bulleting lists of items and fb kept locking up so I'd have to exit fb as best I could and shut down the computer. I wonder what causes it? Its not bad enough this computer already has one foot out the door. I have seen some improvements in the beta version of system access that I really really like. Now, if I could just get it stable in Word.
I got so frustrated (don't know why), had to go outside and have some alone time with God. It is beautiful out today; shame I'm tethered to a computer.
Chad mailed me 8 cds and I've bought 2 and created 1 sara evans favorites. So I have a lot to listen to. I listened to the soundtrack to Walk The Line while I wrote reports. I found it to be good motivational music. Seriously joaquin phoenix sounds just like johnny cash and I like him better.
uh, I don't really feel like writing everything from the past however many weeks. Busy times. Still loving the apartment. Thoroughly addicted to crazy tennis from VIPGameszone. Ordered a sara evans karaoke cd which is in transit and should be waiting for me when I get home. So that makes me happy. I'm so paranoid I might break the freedombox again; I'm so worried about it locking up and not telling me when I can safely remove the key. Thats how it broke before I got it replaced and hey shit happens so you can't let it bum you but I don't want it to happen again. Hmmm I gotta get off here and check up on my order and transfer the new version of kb piano to a jump drive. I can't install it yet till I find out if I gotta uninstall the old version.

Moving went fine. All the furniture looks good and the big stuff is all set up. Merry adjusted real well. She seemed to be afraid I'd leave her alone in the new place but she is much happier now. This apartment is so big. I'm so excited. Its 2 bedroom 1 bath with a garbage disposal dishwasher and microwave. The only thing I pay in addition to my rent is electric and phone. My rent even includes 28 channels of satellite tv. I also have a porch. There are so many advantages to this apartment. But I just wrote them all on myspace and I don't feel like writing them again. Besides much of what I wrote was personal and that entry is marked only for my friends.
The anniversary thing went really well. It was nice. After I sung Pop's first words to me were: "I'm mad at you. You made me cry." LOL Someone asked me if my mother classically trained me. I bet they wouldn't have asked that if I'd sung suds in the bucket or redneck woman. LOL
I can't believe I'm all moved in! I waited for it for so long and all weekend I was like, "All this is mine! I can't believe this is all mine!" Merry seems so happy and more active and playful.
